We have developed this survey with questions tailored to our business. It provides you an opportunity to anonymously rate many facets of our business, assess what you value most here, and make positive suggestions for improvement.

The Survey is web-based to make it quicker and easier to complete and provide for faster reporting and analysis. To ensure we have maximum anonymity, the survey is being hosted by an external organization (HR Survey.com).

We are asking all employees to complete the Survey. Be honest, but also be constructive and thoughtful with your input. We expect the results of this Survey to provide us with a better understanding of our strengths and any areas that might need attention. Not every issue identified can be fixed immediately. However, we do promise that every issue raised will be carefully considered.

Please take time between now and to access your online Survey. The survey consists of about 30 questions. It will take roughly 10-20 minutes to complete. When working on the survey, please note that you do not need to complete the entire survey in one session. It is okay to complete part of the survey, then submit your responses and complete the rest of the survey at a later time.
