All Performance Management systems will have an email notification sent to the participants. The email example below contains a calendar of due dates for when certain phases of the project are to be completed. Typically, this email notification will also contain information on how to log into the system.

Your Role: Enter Your Goals
Employee performance is assessed on the accomplishment of goals and objectives. At this time, enter your goals which will form the basis of your performance assessment. This is done through an on-line form created for this purpose. You will need to log into an on-line survey system in order to access the screens for entering this information. Your login information is shown below. The link below will give you administrative access to review, add, edit and delete your goals.

    You must use this initial password to access the system. You will then be prompted to reset your password on your first log in. Please choose a password which is secure and unique.
