Welcome to the Organizational Climate Survey. We are committed to making a place where people want to work and where employees are proud of the work that they do.

As an organization committed to continued improvement and growth, we are looking to your opinions in order to assess how we are doing as an organization.

This anonymous survey has been designed to provide you with an opportunity to rate many areas of the organization and also to make suggestions for improvements.

The survey is web-based to make it fast and easy to complete. To ensure your anonymity, this survey is being conducted by external consultants. You will not be required to identify yourself when completing your input. Furthermore, no completed surveys will be viewed on an individual basis. Responses will all be aggregated prior to any interpretation taking place. No attempt will be made to match responses to individual employees.

This survey will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. Please be honest and constructive in your responses. Should you need to leave your survey before it is complete, you can access it again simply by clicking on the link provided in the introductory email you received.




Here are some of the measures being taken to guarantee that you will feel comfortable being honest in your responses:

  • To ensure maximum anonymity, this survey is being conducted by an external organization. stakeholders will receive summary reports only. They will not be privy to completed individual surveys.
