Dynamically Generated Items: Survey Example

This is an example of how a questionnaire form can use input from one item to alter the characteristics of other items. In this example, the computer will check your response to the County item and use this information to generate a new list of options for the Region item.

Try it out. Select a Country then look at the Region options that are available. Now, change the Country to see how the Regions also change.
