- Standard Report Format Our standard report format includes cover page, instructions, executive summary, summary by dimension/competency, detailed information on each dimension/competency/item, comments
- Overall Report We can create an overall report to contain whatever analyses you wish
- Executive Summary Our executive summaries are 1 to 2 page reports highlighting the findings from the survey
- Rollup Reports A sub-report containing the responses from a single Department, Division, Location, Manager, or other Demographic variable
- Individual Reports All 180- and 360-Degree Feedback surveys have individual reports containing summaries of the feedback collected for each individual
- With Comments / Without Comments Clients often ask for variations of reports with and without comments
- Emailed Overall Status Reports A status report shows the status of the survey project and may include responses by day, response rates by department/division or other demographic
- Emailed Participant Status Reports A detailed report showing the status of individual participants in a 180- or 360-Feedback process
Security
- Password Protection Users are required to enter passwords to access the system
- SSL Encryption Questionnaire forms and result documents are accessed through web using SSL Encryption (https://)
- Passcodes Questionnaires may be accessed through use of passcodes
Accounts and Access
- Account Creation Individuals may be able to create their own accounts on-line
- Access Controls Individual accounts may have access to specific forms or administrative screens
- Administrative Controls Clients have access to administrative screens to create/edit/remove individual user accounts
- Customized Reports by Access Level Your survey participants may require access to view reports on-line and their access may control what parts of the report they are able to view

- Select Language Users can "toggle" between different languages without loosing their responses
